This summer I mill be lowering my car. It has 130000 miles and i live in new england so its exposed to a lot of salt and stuff. Is there anything i should look out for or prepare for before i start the project? Thanks!
Consider Koni shocks also. They are adjustable and have a lifetime warrantee. I used H&R springs with Koni's.
I hear a lot of guys say they prefer Bilstein over Koni because the ride is a lot harsher with the Koni Yellows; again, that's only what seems to be the general MB consensus.

I would recommend it. The bigger the wheels and lower you go, the more negative camber you're going to get; you could opt not to install a camber kit but I just think it's easier since your installer will be pulling your wheels anyways.
With 18's it probably won't be too bad but I think anytime you make a suspension adjustment especially lowering, an adjustable camber kit is a good idea.
