Is there a better AFM Radiator for AMG?

So my radiator took a poop a few weeks back. As is normal with these style radiators the crimp on the plastic portion of the expansion tanks on either side is no longer in tact causing a minor leak. Yes I do know the ramafications of fluid loss and running hot etc...I am aware. So rather than swapping out for another OEM plastic radiator, my question is:

Is there an aftermarket radiator (performance or not) for the W208 CLK 55 that does not have plastic sides that works or has worked better for any of you guys in the past?

Thanks

You didn't ask, but a brand new CLK55 radiator can be had for $180 at a dealer. $180 every 10 years or so isn't too bad. Alternatively my local guy, CalWest radiators, can build you a custom one. It's going to be more than $180 though.

I hear ya about the factory radiator...I guess if you look at it that way (1 in 10 years ) you have a point. I'll get the OEM part
