DId you lower your car?
If you did, then you definitely need alignment. Alignment at MB dealer might vary between $100-120. If you browse around your area, that might be a better place to do alignment but it might costs you around $150-180.

Tips: don't bring your MB to a $80 alignment shop. :-)

If you didn't lower your car (change spring), you don't need to do alignment.
