Question Rubbing issues, help me

Ok , i never had this prob b4 whatsoever in the rear....
i have the spacer 15 mm and lowered and my 19s.. so i installed my 19 back on 2day and installed the rear strut tower brace and its rubbing like crazy from the rear driver side..
why is that?
so now i had to remove the spacer where its rubbing and its gone and kept the spacer on the other side.
I called my mechanic and said could be from the strut since its pulling on the shocks and kicking my tires even more.
Again why it is happening on the left side and not right side????
gonna take my car at teh shop on wend...
its annoyingggggggggggggg

Why not put the spacer back on the left and take the bar off and check your mechanic's theory. Also put a passenger in the car with the right spacer on with strut bar and see if the even weight makes the right rub now.

for some reason, i cant take off the damn nut off the bolt.. i tried all day and gonna try 2mmrow again and remove one side only and see how it goes.. Otherwise im taking it to the shop on Wend.
I had the strut on my 16s and no issues, but now i got the 19 and its rubbing for first time EVER

ps:

I had 3 full tires(wheels and rims) on the right side and left was still rubbing

Don't mean to laugh but you bench like 900lbs and can't take off a simple bolt that you put on.

btw, i noticed something else soo, that when i grab the nut, the bolt from the shock that sticks out is turning too... that is why i cant take it off..
does it means the shock went bad??? and that is why my car is rubbing???

yeah bro, if i were you, be really careful when attempting to remove it. not exactly sure what you meant when you said... it keeps turning but doesn't come off?

the thing that i hate about touching anything that has to do with any car's suspension is once something goes bad it's a pain in the *** to take care of. it takes waaaaay too much time and lots of unnecessary money.

fill us in with what the problem was.

Sorry, i should have been more specific , its the piston nut that holds the strut in the strut tower spins.... when i tired to remove the nut the entire thing is spinning so its not moving anywhere.. the right side, its does not move so i was able to remove the nut..

99CLK320,
if you are talking about the top of the shock, the very tip is flat on both sides and you can hold it stationary by using a small open end wrench or the visegrip while you loosen the
nut(s) below.

There was a girl in high school who was FINE AND STACKED. I saw her recently on Facebook. High school was a long time ago, but I know it was her. It looks like she developed rubbing issues. Mainly in the upper thigh area, and it looks like she . . . . . oops. My bad. Wrong rubbing issues.

That's what happens when I just jump on a thread without reading any of the posts. She was fine though.

with my set up and the way its lowered, yes it will .. I only allow one person next to me .. it only rubs when i turn like a u turn or if i was going fast and there was a dip on the road, u will hear the tire touches the fender from inside from top.

I can have 4 girls in the car and its NP since they are light. but 4 boys in the car forget it.
