99 CLK320 In a DEAD Crisis

I have the most weird situation with my 99 CLK320.
I was driving to a friends house and the engine shut off when I parked.
I did try to started again and it starts and when it revs up to 1000rpm it shut off. I had tried like 1000 times and still is doing the same. It last less than one second on and then it dies again.
I check the fuel pressure and it has 65psi.
I did plug an OBD2 scanner and there are no codes.
I change the battery and still the same problem.

Can anyone please help me with my problem?

Thanks

Wait a couple of hours and see if it starts normally. If so, the crankshaft position sensor (CPS) is probably going out.

Yup, Marcus beat me to it.

If it doesn't crank when it's hot and starts fine when cold, it's almost certainly the CPS that needs replacing.

The car is been sitting in my garage for a week now and still not working. If the CPS is wrong should it give a code?
The car doens stay on for more than 1 second.

Where is the CPS located?
I checked on the online repair manuals and they show the CPS in the front of the engine but is not there.

Does anyone knows where it is?

Thanks

You're thinking camshaft position sensor, which is on the front of the engine. The crankshaft position sensor is on the driver's side rear. The crankshaft position sensor does not through a code when it fails. Here's a link.
