Nope. You should always check and see what you're working with or order some for the rear, just in case.

why is tirerack selling the Stock Bilstein HD shocks as much as the sport shock. and the Bilstein HD does say street performance, and our stock clk is Bilstein HD so why would we need to replace the shock. i am not gonna do any auto cross or anything like that, just normal everyday driving.

Over time, people need to replace the shocks which is why they sell the heavy duty shocks as well as the sport. The sport shocks are not only stiffer but shorter as well, that's why they go with the lowering springs. This is also the reason why heavy duty shocks wear out, because they are constantly compressed from the car being lowered.

BIG MIKE i know that you got the kit but why didnt you use the shock that come with it, why did you switch out to the Bilstein sport shock? i think i have a pretty sure on what i want to do with my available pocket, let me know if it will work. Regular H&R spring with #1 pad from E320 for front, and #2 stock pad that came with our clk for the rear, Stock BilStein shock that came with the car, and a rear camber kit from Ghost rider. Will this work for me? thanks
i dont have the kit.... William has the cup kit...
i got springs and koni adjust shocks and i never ran the stock since car got lil bouncy since i lowered the car too much .

IF u get the cup, and u want to lower it like mine, no way in hell u can drive that car with 19, it will rub even if u rolled the fender.

u can get the cup and 1.9 is very low bro.

im postive mine is lower than 2 and kmac kit got me able to drive my car since it brought the tire close to the fender....

kmac kit works diff than any other cambers.

For rear it should not matter but front it does since u need to turn.

correct me if im wrong about this....!!!!!!!!!

My drop is about the same as BigMike except I have the H&R Sports Cup Kit on 20 inch rims with a #3 spring pad which is the lowest I can use without rubbing. So seeing that BigMike is using no/Zero pads with his drop technically means I can go even lower than him by going with a #2, #1, or no pads at all.

This is just information to help people to decide which direction to choose. Good Luck
