My 2001 Clk 430 wouldnt start and was stuck in park. When you would turn the key everything worked, but nothing to the starter. With the key in the 2nd position and the brake applied the car would not come out of park. MB roadside came out and checked everything, everything was fine. The guy stomped on the brake pedal and yanked on the shifter then it started the car has 50k and rarely gets driven, Today it was fine the shifter didnt get wet but we jumped in the car after being soaked in a downpour at the beach, Whats up with it??
