I remember reading something about the unlocking being a "common" issue but never heard bout the windows. Dont think it's cab specific though

I've had one incident similar to this. I have a coupe, and one day at work the driver side window would not stay up. I rolled it up to find that the window immediately dropped a few inches of it's own accord. I sat there for ten minutes trying to get it to stay up. Eventually I left it. (meeting, cannot be late) Later that day I unplugged the battery for a few hours, and since plugging it back in have not experienced the same, or similar, situation.

Your mileage may vary, but if you haven't try unplugging the battery, and let the car sit for at least an hour. I dunno how the Benz works electrically but most car's will sort of 'reset' when you do that.

99CLK320,
I can't tell you how many years I have been on this forum but all the wierd ***** happens to the newer 208s. I have 0 bells and whistles on my 99 and nothing ever goes wrong.
