Stay Away From Www.hid4less.com Ever!!!!!!
Anybody has bad ripped off by www.HID4less.com ???
I put an order for stage II xenon kits for replacing my CLK factory xenon on March 30, but I call them again the day after to cancel my order because somebody break my headlight glass so I don't need those right now. I am lucky they hasn't send the bulb yet. they ARE BACKORDERING the bulb they will ship the bulb on april 2. so I thought everything is done and I won't get charge.
On APRIL 2 my credit card got charge $345.00 so I call them ASAP to return my money back. BUT everytime they put me on hold or revering me to someone which is take forever to wait. I email them everyday until today APRIL 16 and still no answer. the sales guy name is JEFF(jeff@hid4less.com)
IS ANYBODY know where I should fill out internet fraud or any idea how to get my money back. I also don't understand company selling HID need to backorder the bulb ??? I am lucky if I get the money back because I can found the PHILIPS 6000K D2S XENON BULB for $210 but now they took away my money.

this is the first time i've heard anything negative about that company... i'd say call them 1 last time, then if no resolve, just call the CC company like Arnee recommended.
