Cab rear window help
Hi all I have a 99 convertible that I bought 2 months ago and the drivers rear window has stopped working. There was a loud shatter and it is now loose in the track. I can hear the motor whirring when I hit the switch but no movement. I can pull the window up and down a little but now it is stuck mostly down 
Anyone have any ideas what may have happened? What all will I need to do to get into this? The screws to get into this part of the interior aren't apparent to me. TIA

CLK 320 (2001) and 2015 GTR
u have to remove the back seat and the trimmimg around it (no more than 30 mns) maybe first time gonna take u hour plus, and get to the motor and see what happened. its def off track. it happened to my front window
