speedo conversion....?

CLK 430 Coupe + MGF + 1980 Camaro
speedo conversion....?
does anyone know who makes a recalibrated speedo for clk's - mine runs out at 160 but with my limiter removed i can easy go over this?

It depends on the country specs. For example, where I live, we get Euro spec cars with a little extra flexibility!
My CLK320 AMG came with a specially ordered instrument cluster from the avantgarde AMG range. At an extra cost obviously.
Unfortunately, the AMG instrument cluster comes only in km/h EURO type and also is available in avantgarde style rather than the Elegance style that your car might be.
My CLK320 AMG is in Elegance Designo style and the Avantgarde AMG cluster was installed at the factory! COoool
Remember though, ONLY THE FACTORY or a highly authorized MB dealer can replace the cluster cause all your software details and mileage has to be transferred onto the new one. GET MY DRIF?

250 Wow...My friends CLK 200K can reach 255 max...yours should go faster, we only got to 255 once the rest was always 245-252. MAASHALLA even though the Factory says it has a topspeed of 230 we took pics of the dash by my cam on my phone...if i find my PC connection i'll post it.

why do you doubt it could go that fast? the car is limited to 155. have removed my limiter - thats why i want a new speedo..

Loool he wishes it was a 430 he wants to get a 430 engine and install but he knows the gas will be a lot on him lol. Hehe you should come around Feb. or Beginning of March. Best time and at night its sooooo cold lol. Not the cold in the states. But that dry cold that gets straight into your bones and no matter how many layers you wear you'll still feel like you got nothing on. :p

better off stoppin over at JKF then off to London heathrow and straight on to sunny bahrain.
I suggest american airlines cause you get to fly the amazing boeing777 british airways from london to bahrain.
let see, miami to JKF should be a couple of hours? then to london in under 8 hours, then on to bahrain in under 6 hours.
jetlagged would be the right discription after words

Not really everyone about the garage ours is about 4-5 cars inline...depends who you are to have a big house..I guess as a tourist from a non arabic speaking country you won't have that much fun here so keep it 3 days or 4 days max...Make sure you give me a call if you get here..Oh and from JFK you cant take Kuwait Airways Flight KU102 flies around 11:30pm Gets into Heathrow (London) around 9ish am...Then it continues to Kuwait at 10:30 getting here around 7:30pm (Local Times)
