WIS under 7
Anyone running the WIS under MS Windows 7 Pro in XP mode? If so, any issues? I've got a chance to pick up a 3.2G Xeon with no OS for near nothing, and think I want to use 7. It should fly. Of course, it could give me the standard WIS blank stare.

If you want your OS to fly get an SSD drive. I recommend the Micron or Cruicial Real SSD 128GB drive for the OS, it seems to have the best specs with the best price.
Or you can drop about $500 for a 256GB one
Crucial RealSSD C300 CTFDDAC256MAG-1G1 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

just VM it
Xeon's giggle at virtualization
for the price of SSD (per gig) you might as well get 6 drives and build a RAID5, speed, compacity and parity.. hard for one SSD to match.
