2000 CLK 430
TINTS
hey guys, i'm new to this but i have a blue 2000 CLK 430. i'm planning to get it tints all around and was wondering what percentage should i do front and back? was gonna do 30% all around. what do you guys think? help a newbie out

that a good choice. if you get real dark you may be in violation of state and local laws and you'll look like a gansta. alot of shops won't tint the front for the same reason but may do it for cash.

Yeah, anywhere from the 20-30% range is nice looking; 50% just doesn't seem cost-effective to me and anything under 20% is way too dark for nighttime visibility.
You're in CA, so I'm sure you know no front roll-up tinting is allowed. Contrary to what dlbehrns said, you probably won't have too much of a problem finding a shop that will tint your fronts for you (after releasing them from liability in the event you get caught, of course).

im upset i missed the "N" in the topic subject. Anyways most of my friends and every car i've had has has 20% tint haven't had any issue yet. Alot of of cool tint shops offer free removal as well and a discount for reapply, for concerned users.
