Headlight short circuit
I have a 2001 clk320 and while replacing my headlight bulb the electrical connector touched the metal on my car while the light was on and short circuit the wire. Do I need to replace the whole headlight assembly? can I just replace the wire and connector that attach to the bulb? please help. The headlight assembly is expensive!!!

Ahhh! Thank you!
Thank you gregory13lil! It took me about 15 minutes to find the fuse and that was the key! Now I don't have to spend Saturday night at home! I have already been pulled by the police 3 times in less than a week!!!![Mad](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif)

I changed the fuse and I am back in business.
Thank you!
