anyone else have this?
99 320clk convertible. when i turn my key to #2 position, dash lights go on as normal, but fuel and temp gauge don't move for about 7-10 seconds. can't remember if it has always done this or if i just noticed. also, when i turn the car off, the fuel needle seems to "twitch" slightly on "E" for a couple of seconds. is this normal behavior or the beginning symptoms of a problem?
everything else works fine. the only other thing that may or may not be related, is we had a couple of days in the low 30's in dec-jan. if the temp was below 38-40, fuel gauge didn't read correctly. once the day warmed up, worked fine. i can live with that, as we only have 3-4 cold days a year here in fl. but was wondering if i need to save up for a repair in the near future.
