Spring Compressor
Spring Compressor
Does anyone have a MB spring compressor for the front springs they are willing to loan or rent. A new one costs $330. Can't find one in my area to rent. TIA, dlb
thanks jb but I'm only going to use it once. ya know what I mean. peachparts.com has a memeber who rents one for $20 a week and he just got back to me.

Typically you would give me a deposit and I'll mail mine the compressor out. Once I get it back, I'll refund your deposit less $35 to cover my handling and shipping.
from what vipclk320 was telling me on another thread, if you jack up the car, release the shock then slowly lower the control arm you can remove the spring without a compressor.
