my 1st problem....
ok so after i popped my trunk and closed it to get some stuff out, i noticed the indicator light was still on while the trunk was closed....so i got out twice to open and close it...still on...later on i noticed that the remote wont open the trunk or lock the car...and today i noticed that when i get out and close the door, none of the lights come on...
ive done a little research and read that i have to take out the first aid kit and reach my hand in the little *** hole to pull the cable for the seats to come down...still nothing...dealer wants 160 to open the trunk...help!!!!! anyone in the richmond va area that had this problem....i need help on opening the trunk....

99CLK320,
was the fuse in the engine bay? may sound like a stupid question but I thought to myself,"would they really put it in the trunk? That would ve stupid if they did."
