Its possible
It's possible to foul your MAF if you over oil the K&Ns. Conservative but complete coverage of top of filters and you shouldnt have any problems.
If maintaining once a year is not something your interested in I might suggest green filters. I believe they do not require oiling.
Congratulations on your new ride kkowalski.

Dealer prices may vary. I've seen the transmission flush for a low of 200 and a high of 400. Have them check the TCU wiring harness plug while they're at it.
Also at a dealer, a coolant flush is under a hundred. So is a brake fluid flush. Oil and filter a hundie. If you can do it yourself (except the transmission fluid. I let the dealer do that), the brakes will take the longest. A brake fluid flush will take $20 for Ate fluid and an hour (if I don't get sidetracked cleaning calipers, which adds 10 minutes or so per corner), a coolant change is 30 minutes (dead simple) and $20, and the oil change can be done while the coolant is draining. Thats if you use a vacuum for the oil. I have no idea how long it takes if you drop the drain plugs. $56 in oil and $20 for a fleece filter. DIY, it's only a little off the top of your roll.

I just picked up an '01 clk55 with under 60k. I had the oil, trans fluid, coolant, brake fluid, and diff oil changed. My buddy works for the dealer, so I had him do it all for $450. I think I'll do the fuel filter soon, and I should be good for a while. I had a 430 before this car, and was very happy with the reliability. I remember I paid $300 for transmission service (fluid and filter) on the 430 at an indy shop.
There's a little tick which I believe to be from gunked up lifters (I guess it's pretty common with these cars especially if they're left to sit), but the car runs like new.
Enjoy.
