Need a hose part number

So I changed my fan clutch a couple hundred miles ago, and enjoyed a cooler ride since. This past weekend however I noticed a coolant smell at startup. So I look under the hood. The plastic clip that holds one of the hoses off the bottom of the water pump broke, and the fan shaved that hose down.

I have it patched somewhat, and zip tied it back in place. However for the life of me I can't find out which frakkin' hose this is. It runs out of the top of the auxiliary water pump, and down to the bottom of the water pump on the front of the block. It has 0191.r inked on it, and GH1 11 etched in it. Neither returns a part in searches. I've included a picture crudely marked by an arrow for reference. I'd like to get this thing identified, and have a source for purchase ASAP as I don't like the feeling of driving around with a patched hose. Much thanks to the resident CLK gurus.

Well I called a few dealers, and none have anything regarding this hose. I've been looking at all models that used the M113 engine that are equipped with this auxiliary water pump. It should circulate coolant to keep the heater running for a short time with the engine off. Other than that I find nothing for this hose. Even explaining to a dealer service department manager what this hose connects to, and from, jarred no recollections.

That looks like the hose from the recirculating pump to the block. Part number 2028326794 - about $85 retail, $65 from MB of Annapolis.
