CLK 230 KOMPRESSOR
Where is my BOSE AMP??? :(
Hi guys! Newbie here. I have an oldie 1998 CLK 230 Kompressor. I searched threads and everyone talked about the BOSE AMP and how important it is to mind it when upgrading the sound system. However, I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND MINE I read on a thread that it's in the trunk so I searched for it and found nothing there except the battery, spare tire, tools and fuse box.
Is this what I'm looking for? Where is it??? Do I even have one???
Here's a picture of my CLK and the dash for reference...

CLK 230 KOMPRESSOR
Thank you Cartrnics! Can I do this...?
Thank you so much for this information! I almost took the CLK apart
I hope you don't mind a follow-up question though...
Is it safe to assume that I can install an aftermarket headunit directly without any mods whatsoever and be guided by this wiring diagram (I got this from a thread here in the forum)?
Do I still need to install line balance converters, etc.? Thanks again!

You just put the number of the lines counting, but do you know each line is connected to each plug connector number?
thanks,
