Many MB dealers in the US have this. Here's a sample; MB of Beverly Hills. Unfortunately, it sounds like you have an ROW vehicle and I have no idea whether dealers do this where you live.

BTW, what does 'ROW' mean?

ROW means "Rest Of the World". Anywhere outside of the US.
Re parts; Many people just use the W208 parts schematic. It has diagrams and part numbers (I use the W208 version in PDF format), and they match those part numbers to the dealer websites to get current prices for the parts and order them. The schematic has prices, but they are out of date. Alternatively, you can use the EPC - electronic parts catalog. The EPC is Windows based software that won't run under Vista or 7 - just XP. Which is probably why the PDF is so popular.

Actually the EPC software can run under Windows 7. I have it installed on my laptop that is running Windows 7 Pro and have no problems. Just make sure you are running the latest version of Java. When you go to EPC's site you will have to sign up for their service which is free but only includes the US and Japanese version of our cars. To get the Euro version you have to pay I believe
