How much should I expect for my car? I am bored w/ my CLK

what would you buy with my car's $$??
I am considering preowned Lexus SC430 or Porsche Boxster. Any other suggestion? My dad is forcing me to buy a brand new BMW X5, but not 4.6 though. I am seriously consdering about X5 because my dad will pay the rest if I am short in $$ after selling my CLK.
Please give me some thoughtful advice.

See how the economy is around your area. If your offer is too high, nobody would want it. Are you one of those who switch cars every three years?

there is no duration when I switch my car. I am just thinking about selling it, because I am little bored with CLK. I just want to drive other cars. I don't really have to sell it, but just wondering what type of car I can get after selling my car.

Well, that's depending on your taste and budget. German or Japanese so forth. Good luck finding something you like better and good luck finding someone who love the CLK.

Prices are pretty low, the dealers here were offering $15,000.00 below Kelley LOW Blue Book. Yes that's right $15,000.00 below the Kelley Blue book value. Meaning the lowest documented price by nation wide dealers, minus another $15,000.00. Made me sick!

i agree that if you are going to sell the car, put it back to stock... no one will pay that much for a fully modded car... plus they will associate people who mod cars with people who mistreat/abuse their cars...
plus, you'll make more selling the mods separately.

Hi BlackBaby, I was curious to how you got your taillights smoked.
My boyfriend has been harassing me to do it with the Black spray, same thing I used on my front fender lights. But, I'm nervous that since this is a much larger part of the car, if I mess up and let the spray leak, it will be very noticeable.
Did you have it professionally done or did you do it yourself. WAS it a spray that was used? If not, do you know what was used?

Unfortunately, I do not know how my bodyshop smoked my tailights. They just did it for me. I think they sprayed them and baked about couple hours.

I just got rid of my 02 Boxster for the CLK 430. I gave up an E320 for the Boxster and have missed the luxury of the Mercedes. And Now im back. The Boxster is only good for windy road top down driving!!
