This is a Zapco ref 750 with an RE se x series 12in sub. I have a Pionner head unit with usb and I am using the pac unit for the highs.
Still have some work to do but I think it is coming along.

im super lovin how the amp is mounted on the trunk and the wires are hidden, and also how the sub lines up with the folded down seat. Now that ive decided to keep my car, im gonna do a flat wall across the trunk with my JL 10w7 in the center
I hope to post up pics soon to keep this thread alive!

Very nice install.
Sucks for us cab owners who don't have the ability to fold the rear seats...doubt many of us want to sacrifice any more trunk room .

Thanks guys.
It wasent to hard but fabing the brackets for the amp took some doing.
It still pops but does not swing up. I kind of like that thoug. Makes it so no one can see in my trunk till i lift the lid.
Right now I am milling out a star to use as a speaker grill. I also got rid of the little L brace and velcrowed the top of the box and the bottom of the hat rack. Works pretty good.
Sweet. Cant wait to see more setups.
Nice bro, simpleand looks easy to install
looks clean , does the trunk still pop up on its own when u open it

So anyone done anything new with their sound system? I am looking to upgrade and I’m interested in what you all are running and how it is installed. I have been custom fabricating a system into my girlfriends Lexus RX300 and now I have the bug.

I wouldn't mount that amp that way if possible. It minimizes the effectiveness of the heat sinks... thats a zapco amp it will run hot
old pic...all the trunk carpet is black now and matching
