If you use the search feature you should be able to find something about this. There is apparently a 'Netherlands' mode that can be accessed in 2000 and up models through the laptop computer at the dealer. It will set the car to chirp but will disable the panic button. If your dealer is pretty easy to get along with they should be able to do this. Here is a link to one thing I came up searching. Happy Searching!!chirp
