clk 430 no power after a hard accelaration, stop turn off and back to normal
if I step on the gas and accelerate hard and then let go of the gas I find myself as if I was in neutral, the car just revs, when i come to a stop and try to accelerate it seems as if it starts in 3rd gear.. really slow..
i did some checking and found that it could be the conductor plate, fluid getting into some harness and modual?
con someone please explain where the conductor plate or where this atf fluid is going?
im not me mechanic but close to it... meaning that i get my hands dirty an know how to change belts altinators ect...
Thanks in advance

I have been chasing this issue for years now. I have even taken it into a MB dealer (this is a sin for me, I do all my own work when possible), and they tell me the CLK430 does not have a TPS and they wanted to charge me $1200 (just parts cost) to replace the intake. I told them to pound sand

I have avoided this from happening over the years by just not going WOT. It only happens when you go WOT and activate the kickdown switch.
