Front Bumper Removal

So I was working on removing the front bumper this weekend and ran into a problem.

I was following the directions on this link http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w208...ning-lots.html and everything was going pretty smoothly and I was able to remove all the screws except one.

This SOB is stuck!

I'm able to twist the screw (lefty loosie) but no matter how much I twist it, it won't loosen. I've already tried spraying WD40 to try and loosen it but that didn't work. I've tried pulling on the screw while twisting but that didn't work either. I was able to take the one on the passenger side off fairly easily but the driver's side has been a pain in the ***. My thought is that whoever tightened it before me (I'm the 3rd owner of the car) tightened it too tight?

Any suggestions on what I should try? Thanks!

look under your hood on the driver side behinde the brake booster and hedlight. thats where that bolt comes out. spray some wd40 on it from the top and let it drip down and sit for a few minutes and try again.
