Does anyone know how many quarts of transmission fluid a 2000 clk 430 requires? i dont want to flush it, but i want to replace it.

If you are even going to bother, then you should really take off the pan and replace the internal filter. A very good investment in your ride's future. Trannys are known to go out, but only because of improper maintenance like you are describing.

Yeah i am gonna replace the filter and seals. but how many quarts does it hold without flushing it?
