nice. Do they look ricer-ish? (i.e., obvious aftermarket, like on a 85 Honda CRV)

LoL, I didn't meant it as a dig at you, I was seriously asking. I was thinking of upgrading myself but didn't want to look blatantly after-market.

^^^^Agreed...visibility gets worse the higher up you go in kelvin. Not a fan of the color, personally.

it's funny how the kelvin color temp scale is pretty much irrelevant now when it comes to aftermarket HID's. Blue isn't really 30000K but I suppose everyone always needs to buy the highest number. Can't wait to see the 100000K HIDs next year!

He's right. The sellers of these HIDs advertise the highest number to try to describe how blue the light actually is. There's almost no accuracy with the actual color temperatures they list them as.

I was thinking about just ordering the low beam and fog light ones, then keeping high beams as regular since they're not really used that much. Then switch the parking lights to LEDs or something to match the HIDs.

I hear you. I'm just paranoid for not matching them lol
Got my fog lights done as well
When u change ur city light , make sure u get the led with the canbus so it bypasses the warning lamp, the side marker are 194if u want to change them. If u have stock headlight assembly u need h6w and if u changed ur headlights assembly like mine to halo, the city light is the same number as the side marker 194 with canbus
I got My led light from autolumination. There is a another company here on this board, cant recall the name

Nice! Thanks for the advice. I'm a total noob at this stuff and have been wanting to work on my CLK for a while now. I have the stock non-HID headlights; I'll keep the canbus in mind for the LEDs. Might as well replace the inside ones as well.
