New Dash look
Hey Guys,
Williams (707) was right when he said not much in mods was happening, so I did something about it!
My Dash is custom and LED lit as you know, the 2 centre (larger) LEDs went and the speedo and rev counter you couldn't see at night anymore. I took it to the man who did my LED conversion and he let me play around with colours and needle colour, from red to orange to blue then yellow.
I wanted a subtle white look which he couldn't do so I asked if other needles from dashboards he had would fit. We played around with other manufacturers from VDO the makers of our needles and I got close to what I wanted. I changed my yellow needles to white and the lower 3 screens to a darker blue from sky blue which looked too light in the daylight.
A small change I know but I like the look. What do you Guys think?

Yeah! You're both right!
The Guy that makes these had a test press but found that as the dials are laser cut, to make a handful for customers would be too expensive, so he asked if I wanted them for a little under cost.
3 were made, 1 gloss (mine) and 2 black but non gloss.
When I had mine fitted a customer saw it and bought one of the others so 1 left!
