I've been having a weird situation with my trunk release latch on my 2002 CLK320 Cabriolet. It will open the trunk randomly... the only time I can repeat the release is when I close my drivers door. I've noticed the trunk latch won't release is when the car is moving... or all the doors are locked. Does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas? The red light on my shifter panel does light indicating the trunk is open.
