W208 trunk spoiler vote?

I'm going to buy the small lip spoiler "l-style" for the trunk of my W208 coupe. I don't really like any of the other larger ones, I think they look too old-school. The back end just needs something more, and I think the lip updates it just a little to go along with my LED tails and updated front end. So I'm trying to decide between fiberglass painted to match, or I also found one in carbon fiber. I think the carbon will look more like current AMG models, but I don't know if it will be over the top and come off a little cheesy. Please vote for 1 or 2!

1) Fiberglass painted to match (silver body).

2) Same style in carbon fiber. I can't find a pic on the car, but this should be it:

99CLK320,
spoilers have never been my thing but if thats what turns you on...one thing, with the added weight, your trunk won't raise automatically like it did in the past. There was a discussion on this issue years ago on this forum by Thrillkill. Ever notice when there is a bunch of rain water on top of the trunk the sucker won't go right up? behind the trunk liner near the trunk hinge are springs that have holes that they are mounted in and you can change the mounting point to compensate for the added weight.

Good to know on the springs. My trunk does not "pop" up all the way now. I have to give it a small push. It actually seems to be nice and evenly weighted. I don't know if I want it to fly open when I push the button.

The LED tails (modules) might have caused this. Probably mounting them more strategically probably can get around this, but oh well really.
