Change wheel bearings and bleed brakes

Change wheel bearings and bleed brakes

I'm hoping to change out my wheel bearings and also change the brake fluid.

Firstly I just can not seem to remove the dust cap off the hub any ideas on how to do this without damaging the cap, and secondly any handy 'how to' guide on how to change out the bearings would be a massive help as I can't find one on any of the boards.

Regarding the brakes I've tried bleeding my rear brakes and the bleed nut just won't budge and in the process of using spanners, adjustable spanners grip pliers and plenty of WD40 the nut has now worn to smooth so does anyone have any handy tips for removing these stubborn worn nuts so i can bleed the brakes.
