BAS, ESP, ABS and Parking Brake lights go on

BAS, ESP, ABS and Parking Brake lights go on
2 days ago, when i started my 2000 CLK 200 in the morning the BAS, ESP, ABS and the parking brake light went on without pressing the brake pedal. i could move the gear shifter from P to R, N and D easly but the car feels to jump vigorosly when it is put in R or D, add to the above that when i tried to move the car it wont shift from first gear to second gear and the speedometer is dead.
i restarted it over and over and tried to move it. sometimes the lights go on when i am in second gear and again speedometer dead and it wont shift to the third or to the first. when the temperature reached 80 OR when the gear shifts to 4th the problem wont get back for the rest of the day
