Haha, you are so far off it's sick. First off let's bet your CLK straight up that I own my own incorporated business and I paid every cent for my CLK and my SUV. Straight up, bet it. Back your words, your CLK is worth less than your life, so you shouldn't hesitate...........I thought so.

Let me explain my situation. I started my own business when I was 18 with $100 in my pocket. Now 18 months later revenues have grown by 1000%. I make more in one month than you make in a year.

You want proof? My names on my Inc. license, my names on my state UBI number, my names on my Federal EIN, my names on my BBB account. Shall I go on? You want copies?

I am already farther in life than you'll ever be. I currently have a large scale business in development stages that is backed by an investment banking firm. Don't play who's going further in life with me. I'm on track to be rolling 7 figures before i'm 21.

My prices are overinflated? You want a detailed list of every vehicle & mod I currently have that adds up to $80,000? Ask, I'll post it. The Alba Banks I bought cost $800 a piece. I don't buy from a discount cheapo mart. Yeah that's not expensive, but how about the 26" rims I'm getting here in 2 months for my SUV, want to talk about price, try $4000 each without tires.

Wow your in law school. People like you work for me. So step up be a man. Back your word. Bet your CLK straight up, that I own my own business and bought both my rides with my own cash, every cent. Draft up a legal agreement, lawyer boy and hand over the keys. Or are you too scared to back your words? STEP UP

BACK YOUR DAMN WORD. What's a man without his word? Nothing.

I bet my life your parents bought you your car, you're only 19.

Bet your CLK. Back your word. Your trying to discount my business on what-ifs? Please, I can tell you it's solid and consistantly growing and has opened so many doors for me to expand and start new business ventures that I'm set.

I'm not too young to know what I am doing. Some people are born with it. I'm one of them. I'll put my business management and marketing skills against the best of them.

Lost me credibility with what claims?

You lost your credibility when you spout off bets and don't back your word.

DO IT, BE A MAN FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE, BACK YOUR WORD. I wouldn't mind have your stock CLK as a parts car.

STEP UP, back your word. Your next move is going to show if you're a man or not. What's it gonna be?

CL kruisin,

Why are you arguing with this lame? Can't you tell when people are LAME and not to argue with them? Hes just making himself look stupid to everyone else on the board. Worry about finishing your airbag ride so that when its complete and looks the way you want it tom, You can let it speak for itself. He's only talking because, first, hes lame AND second, he assumes you want to drop it like those ricer civics, do your mod and do it tastefully so him and the rest of the haters can FALL BACK...
P.S.
This is a messageboard, anyone can pretend they are lawyers, dr's,rocket scientist or have maybach's and sl600's, even pictures can't prove anything.

Leandro, let me get this straight. Are you selling this kit on ebay or are you the top bidder and the seller gave it to you 2 days before the auction closes?

CL_Kruisin, get the damn bags and shut this dude up. Don't let this 14 year-old get to you. He is just hoping one day that his mommy will buy him his 1st CLK and he can leave the Huffy at home.

You're right. Lamers like that just **** me off, but I'll show him when my rides done. I just wanted him to bet his CLK, since he was so eager to bet his life. What's that mean his CLK is worth more than his life? Sad...

I'll keep you guys posted on the progress.

Back to the bags subject.

I've got your guy in Olympia, he has done many bag setups on many different cars/trucks.

His name is Travis at Award One Customs (360)456-6205

He did the bag setups, on two of my friends trucks, he does great work and is a great painter too.

cl_kruisin if you have any questions, feel free to email me and I'll give you my number, we can talk, I have many connections.

John.

Thanks John, I'll probably give your guy a call if I can't find any reputable shops in my area. Do you have any connections as far as actual air suspension kits?

Thanks
Tom

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I'm hooked up with Showtime, so I can get dealer direct prices on their air suspension kits, but I would like to see what else is on the market.

If you ever need anything that you don't already have connections for, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Just so you know your spare is still actually funcutional because though it is a 17 compaired to a 19 inch wheel the diameter of the wheel and tire is = on the two as the profile of the tire on the 17 is probably much larger. (who needs a spare anyway ) Best of luck.

Wow, digging up old threads. Still can't let this one go? Man I mus have really got to you.

Air ride is still on the list. As soon as I purchase and settle in my new house, it'll be air bag time. That's if i'm still interested in my CLK. I'm losing interest real quick.

Totally agree Lucas, though on the same token, if i were to assert my opinion i think that an air system on a clk would be great to see, and a step up from the problems that arise from cut springs

I have one question, why? I don't get why lowering your car to the point where the body is riding on the street instead of the tires is cool? I have read through this thread and get why, in a racetrack application, a lowered car can gain a performance advantage. However outside of that application, why is it cool? Is it just so your car can "look" like it races? If so, why not go all out drop it low and cover it in sponsor stickers if that is the "look" you are going for and the application that the mod is meant for is just for looks.

Again don't get me wrong I am into 4x4 and over time raised my Cruiser from stock 31s to 33s finally to 35s because the car was able to perform best over ebstacles at that height and still be streetable. I ask the same question of my 4x4 brethren who raise their rigs 10+ inches and set up on 42+ inch tires but never go out on a trail. What is cool about "looking" like a trail running 4x4? A performance based mod I completely get. Those never end as you constantly tweak your setup to squeeze more out. Now that have encountered the same phenomenon here I thought that I'd ask the same question, why is it cool to mod your vehicle to "look" like something it isn't? Again, absolutely no disrespect. Just trying to understand the thinking. Thanks

Simplest answer is that it really just comes down to personal taste. What's cool in your neck of the woods may be considered stupid in others. I live in a land of muscle cars and lifted trucks, which means I park way in the back at local meets because people just don't care about a 12 year old "grandpa car."

I don't know much about air rides, but my father's 2006 Range Rover is incredibly comfortable to drive thanks to the air suspension. So I can see why lowering using air would have potential to preserve ride comfort as well.
