Wheel offset Help!

I have a 01 clk430: Bilstein Sport Shocks and Lowered with H&R Sport Springs with w210 #1 pads all around. The wheels I currently have are 38 offset front and rear. Ive been using 17mm spacers in the rear and I would BARELY rub on big dips. After Installing Ghosts camber kit which is great by the way, it rubs big time obviously since the wheels are close to spec now.

**Note My fenders are already rolled. It rubs on the part where the fender and bumper meet up.

My questions is how much of my spacer should I have shaved down. I want to keep the flush look. Im thinking 5mm.. so ill be running a 12 mm spacer in the rear.

Any suggestions
