Angry Overheating of a CLK 55

has anyone had the problem of their CLK running over 100 C? I took it to the dealer and they put in a new thermostat and coolant sensor and still it runs hot. HELP!

Yeah, all Benz V8s seem to run hot. My 430 does, but it stays under 100.

2002 CLK 55 AMG Coupe ;)
Welcome to the forum!

Nope. Mine usually hovers around 85/90 C in sunny S. Florida. I have 6,500 miles on my 2002.

What year is yours and how many miles??

It might be the temp sensor.
