Can anyone help me to find a code for my radio please ? I took the radio to the local Mercedes dealer but for some reasons they couldn't find the code in their database. The serial number of my radio wasn't there.
Tha radio came from 99 CLK320 that I purchased a week ago.
Alpine radio model CM2299
Serial number AL2299W0927559

Well if it's an Alpine radio, why would the Mercedes dealership have your code? Alpine is not the OEM radio. Go to an Alpine dealer for help.

 

Because it was in this car since the beginning, it has a Mercedes logo on it and Mercedes part number A2088200586. So, Mercedes dealer should have the way of finding the unlock code.

 

I just found the code and it works. so, I'm closing this case. Thanks for trying to help me.
