Cabriolet speed restricter

Hi,

Does anybody know if the speed limit at which the cabriolet operates can be adjusted. I see a lot newer models dropping the top down at quite a rate but mine cuts out at about 2mph.

no, and there's a reason it's limited to the speed it cuts out at.

Well I wasn't planning on dropping it at 30mph but it's baloney that it cuts out at such a low speed, what if the winds blowing?

Then you pull over and put the top back up? Putting the top up/down while moving at a faster speed puts more stress on the frame and the pump that neither were engineered for so you're probably gonna end up breaking something.

I mean, it would be nice to operate it at say 15-20mph but it's a minor inconvenience in my eyes to have to be stationary to use the top.
