MP40 MP3 - Player Reliability / problems ?

MP40 MP3 - Player Reliability / problems ?
Before I pull the trigger and purchase one of these Mercedes Player MP40, stock CD player replacement units, I am wondering how satisfied people are with them. Kind of a user review thread.
I found a few comments about issues with being lost from the system that required turning off the ignition, removing the key and then restarting. Is this still an issue and was this just the odd MP40 or more common. Are there any other issues and how reliable have the MP40's been.
Do they allow random song play, have they worked correctly with the steering wheel controls. That sort of thing
If you have one of these units how has it worked out ?

Quality is as good as CD, it does sometimes hang and you have to turn off the comand to reset it. Ejecting the memory card sometimes fixes it, these probs dosent happen much so no need to worry.
On the whole its a very usefull peice of unit.
