Does anyone know where to get a Lightweight Crank Pulley for a CLK 320? I haven't had any luck getting in touch with AMS Performance.

I just received a message from German Power Tuning saying that they carry a Lightweight Crank Pulley. Does anyone have experience with this pulley?

Upon you're suggestion I have searched the forums again for the quillionth time. I saw that AMS did get/might have been bought by German Power Tuning. Now German Power Tuning makes a pulley. Which leads me to the questions: Is the AMS and GPT pulley the same? Does anyone have experience with the German Power Tuning Crank Pulley? (I found very little info in the search forums regarding GPT).

Hello,

As long as the pulley is installed correctly there will never be any
issues. Just be sure the shop torques down the crank bolt to 200ft. Lbs
and you should be fine. The pulley is fully harmonic dampened and will
not run into any issues. We have customers who have had this pulley on
their cars for over 4 yeas without any issues whatsoever.
