What rims - wheels can be redrilled to fit the 112x5 stud pattern?

Hi everyone,
What rims/wheels can be redrilled to fit the 112x5 stud pattern?

I've heard the 114.3x5 stud pattern can be redrilled to fit but the centre hub must be similar or a hub ring (what ever they are called) must be used to compensate if it's too large.

Is anyone out there familiar with any stud patterns with a suitable hub diameter that could be redrilled?

I'm asking because there is a certain style for a fraction of the retail price on eBay that are only in 100x5 for a 2000 Subaru Forester, 114.3x5 for a Lexus & 120x5 for the BMW.

What model vehicle should I be looking for?

Thank you.

hello ,you not only have to look for the same ore greater hubcenter but also for the right ET , or a higher ET and spacers
i would not redril but use some offset screws or adaptor platen

google in german fur
versatzschrauben fur lochkreisanderung 5x120 auf 5x112
and if the ET is 25 more than you need on your car you can also look for
adapterplatten 5x100 auf 5x112 oder 5x120 auf 5x112 25mm

sorry , can not give some links , i was almost banned here last time i gave a link

Hi CLC,
Thank you I completley forgot about adaptors. Although I've heard of them I have never known anyone that has used them. Are they a safe option? And will they fit a wide tyre/tire under the guard of a lowered vehicle without the risk of rubbing?

P.S Greetings to you from Melbourne, Australia

I have used spacer/adapters for years with no problems at all. Just be sure to torque all 40 nuts and bolts correctly!
I had a pair of 5X5" X 1.5" to Porsche 5 X130mm on the front of my Ford E-150 van (redrilled the rear axles) and used it to tow a trailer with a Benz on it.
When I first built my 190 I had a set of Porsche 928 16" wheels on it using spacer/adapters.
Now the 450hp 190 has 9.5 X 17" Vette wheels and Hoosiers on it using spacer adapters and have had it over 150mph, on track of course! I've run this car on track for the past 7 years and 10-13 events a year. BTW, now it is for sale!

I have mine made by a reputable source because they don't cast them, they are 6061-T6 billet aluminum.
