CLKFAN Blast from the past pics
An old friend from the Mercedes circle of guys emailed me some old pics of my car that he had from caravaning and other random shots of my car from around 2007 or 2008. Thought I'd share them with all of you.

also have been toying with the idea, but was thinking about doing it on a set of those LED tails.

Hi CLK FAN, *Thumps Up* and the ride looks AMAZZZINGG. I have been shopping around for some rims, 19" preferably. I hope you dont mind me emulating your look. What brand, model rims are they i really like em, especially with the rears staggered. Second Q, your ride looks real nice lowered. When people sit in the back seat does the rearwheel rub your fender wells? if not what lowering springs are you running? Thanks in advanced.

Wheels were Iforged Seneca
Although it looks like I was rubbing I didn't because I rolled and pushed my fenders out to make room for the wheels plus I also was running stretched tires. 275/30/19 on a 19x11.5 is a good stretch to help with the rubbing. My front wheels rubbed because I couldn't roll the fenders anymore, but only when I would go up a driveway with the wheel turned to far.
I had Brabus springs that had almost a full coil cut but I made sure to use Koni Yellow Sports shocks because that was the only solution to controlling any bounciness that will happen with other brand shocks. I learned the hard way by trying to use Bilstein Sports and they busted after 3 months, Koni Yellows was the way to go. My car road very smooth and controlled with no bounciness for 5 years and no issues till I sold the car.
