Clk problems

Help!!!
Iv got a clk 2001 y reg.. My main beam isn't working also now the brake light have all stopped working' dash lights aren't working either also noticed today the the windows are not going Down automaticly anymore I have 2 messages coming up on my dash 1 is display defect visit work shop 2 is bas,abs bas assist visit workshop.. Any advice would help before I get ripped off at a garage haha.. Thank you

Also checked every single fuse in the car twice not 1 was blown

Bad / Broken Ground Somewhere? Have you checked the voltage coming from the alternator and various points in the car to make sure you are getting 13-14.4 volts?

Iv checked the battery it seems fine when I put a volt meter thing on it the needle pretty much went off the chart lol. I don't really know much about cars but was kinda thinking that was a good thing lol
