iphone adapter from cd changer/aux to middle compartment?

Hello,

just registered.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience from connecting an iPhone to the comand system?

Also I canīt figure out what the "legal" name for the plastic strap? just below the aluminium trim under the driver door. aka theres a alu panel and to the left of that directly under the door thers a plastic strap. If you remove this strap you see orange plug holes and the metal of the car (painted of course) is visible. The plastic part was removed to check for rust and there were none. noh however I cant seem to find a new plastic part to put there.

Thank you all if you can help me.

names so far for this detail:

door strap
floor skirt
ground

Welcome... I just use the AUX mini jack input in the glovebox. Its a small female port towards the front on the right side.

As you know all CLKs do not have the aux in glovebox even though they may have a coomand/Nav unit. I was one that did not.

Hi,

A guy scrolling through his ipod is not exactly what I was looking for
No but seriously.
I bought the CD Wechsler adapter from Germany.

This unit gives you USB, aux, SD and control over your device.

The only thing I need now is the mercedes keys to pull out the comand unit and the ac.

A thread about pulling all cables to the mid compartment or glove compartment could be helpful-

Thanks

You were asking if it were possible. Since I did just that I thought my post would answer that. My mistake.
Best wishes.
