W209 w puck and PSE - No Love

I recently purchased a 2009 CLK550. In the center console is a black puck with the Bluetooth logo and a blinking blue light. In the trunk under the hard plastic is a module that looks like the PSE's that I've seen for sale on ebay and in this forum.
My problem is that when I click on the Telephone button on the Comand system, it says Starting Phone and shows a little circle icon. After about 30 seconds it shows the Enter Phone number screen for about 2 seconds and then returns to the main menu.
What am I missing? Is there a component that needs to be updated/installed? Am I even doing the right process to have the phone start the sync process with my Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I've already learned loads from you all.

You're in the wrong section. You want to post this in the W209 section.

Found It

Marcus - sorry for the oversight. I'll try to be more careful next time.

On a good note, the old adage is true: "Ask a question and before anyone else can answer, you'll find out yourself."

Turns out that all I had to do was press the Bluetooth logo on the puck (which is actually a button) and it starts the pairing sequence. Turned on the Bluetooth pairing on my galaxy note 2 and entered code 62872 and bingo! My phone is now synced and will make calls and receive them with the audio and mike running on the car's system.

Now I need to find out how to connect my phone's bluetooth audio so I can stream Pandora. I'm thinking the Cartronic bluetooth device that plugs into the ipod/aux device in the glove compartment will do the trick.

Good to hear you got it working. I figured I should mention the W209 forum because the W208's OEM audio system is nothing like yours. Many of us 208ers have given up on the factory HU/phone system and gone with an aftermarket solution. 208s had analog phone systems which won't function with modern digital phone towers.
