Will these wheels fit my W208?
Hey all,
Been researching getting wheels for my CLK430 for the last two weeks now. Two of my stock AMG wheels are bent, hence the need to replace. At this point I'm thinking I may as well replace the entire set.
I found these wheels: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/pts/3970836265.html
Considering the 35mm front offset, can anyone tell me if they will fit my CLK430 without needing any mods?
Anyone in the Bay Area selling any wheels that will fit a CLK430? I'd really like to get my hands on some AMG Monoblocks.
Thanks!

99CLK320,
the oem offset is 35mm and the craigslist wheels are 35mm. whats the question? they should fit just fine. Are they an oem or aftermarket rim? $400 isn't much at all for an oem set

Shouldn't the front offset be 30mm? I'm basing this off of the info at http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/inf.../mercedes-benz
I believe these are aftermarket. There are quite a few available on Craigslist. Only thing is last time I bought a new set of rims they ended up being a big pain with fitment and vibration. This time I want to be absolutely sure the wheels I get fit and won't cause any grief!
Thanks.

On a stock CLK430, will the tires fit or would I have to get smaller sizes?

I'm not sure if the front and rear offsets are different. Looks like a complete set. I like them a lot. $400 is cheap. Tires will probably set you back $100-200 each. I got the cheap Achilles ATR Sport tires for my rears, and no issues, they work fine. Less than $1K for shiny new rims and tires is a deal.
