Convertible top problem
I have a 2001 clk 320 convertible. Went to close cloth top, latch did not fully engage. Cloth top is closed and windows work but control button (to open and close) will not work. Now back window panel is slightly open. Can anyone help. Have tried shuting car off. Doesn't make a difference. Dealership tried blowing codes out - did not work. They can't get car in until Thursday after holiday. Can anyone help. My husband is an engineer - surely there is something that could close the top.

With this symptom start by checking the hydraulic fluid level. The reservoir is located in the trunk and will take some trim removal to access it. Report
