Anyone Purchasing The New 2003 Clk???

ANYONE INTRESTED IN THE NEW 2003 CLK? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT MODEL ITS COMING IN? THE CLK55 IS NICE I LIKE THE KIT. THE NEW BODYSTYLE IS ALRIGHT ITS TOO OVAL. ISNT THE CLK SUPPOSE TO BE A SPORTY LOOK? WHY THEY MAKE IT SO LUXURIOUS?ITS NOT BAD LOOKING. BUT I RATHER CHOSE THE OLDER BODY OVER THIS NEW ONE.

I completely agree. The new body has lost the mean look associated with the 2002 and younger. Its more of a C-Class look, which I DO NOT like...its a shame. I'm not not considering getting the CLK now becasue of the new model coming out...

I was on a wait list for the curent CLK430 cab as of last week. I called my sales rep and had her move me to the new CLK500 cab.

The more I look at the new car, the more I like it. While I am not too excited about the additional wait time, the new features and extra space should more than make up for it. Now, if it comes with a hard top, then I'll be set.

CLK320, Carrera S
I will probably trade my 2001 in about two years. I don't like buying the first year of a new model. MB has a habit of adding goodies and finally getting the kinks out in about the third year of production.

New engins are also on their way!

I ordered a 2002 CLK430 in December hoping to get a good discount due to the '03's late summer arrival. My dealer gave me $2200.00 off retail and scheduled delivery for this week. Well it's been sitting at the port (Germany) since Feb. 22 and definately won't make it here next week. Due you guys think I can leverage a better discount since its (1) late and (2) the 2003's have been officially debued ???? Since invoice is around 46K what do you suggest I should pay now ??!!!
