So who has Euro plates?

I am thinking of getting a Euro plate for my front bumper but a few questions:

Do the people that own them actually drive with them on?

if yes... have any of you been pulled over for it?

I want to get them but don't want the police to pull me over and then also comment on the nice tint I have on my car.

Thanks!

Where can you get them? I have a set of German plates from the last EU delivery but I'm looking for other countries.

I have a Carlsson euro plate and I used 3M double sided tape to keep the plate on the front bumper. I drive w/ it on the car everyday, I live in SoCal but if you drive normally the cops usually won't pull you over for that.

I drive with mine on all the time- I live in Atlanta and we are not required to have any plates in front of our cars-- I have them on My CLK and C CLass- The cost less than 30 dollars-- I use a 3m to keep mine attached to my front bumper- It gives the car a more eropean look- --- Most of my friends with German cars have them on their car-- Now putting them on the rear bumper is a different story-- I have actually heard of people that will have one custom made based on the tag number assigned to them by their state-- I know that is illegal for sure --

See link for pics of CLK with Euro plates on the front the Bimmer also has one but u cannot see it from this angle

I like in NJ, and the front plate is mandatory. I still have the europlate, which i got from www.bavauto.com I havent had any trouble with the cops, i simply placed my New Jersey plate in the right hand corner of my windshield, with the europlate in the front. I dont think cops will pull you over soley for having a europlate, but if you're caught speeding, they will add on to it for having the europlate... that is if the state mandates that you have a plate in the front.
