Check your stabalizer bar brackets. I was hearing the same thing and my drivers side bracket broke off.

I hear a high pitched squeak whenever someone gets into the car. I think it's time to change the shocks, that is a good excuse for me to get a coilover.

If the noise is not constant (i.e. speed bumps) then it is most likely loose sway bar brackets. If it is over any change in road pavement, then it is most likely shock mounts.

Lower ball joints were the problem on my car.

What causes clunking when backing up over a driveway with smooth pavement and no curb cuts at almost full turning lock?

Clunking or creaking? Creaking is a result of the chassis flexing. Happens to some extend on all cars.
